As previously announced, XPOfleet and Mobilitypower were acquired last year by Fleet Support (part of the Autobinck group) as part of our growth strategy.
Through this communication we would like to share the next step of our growth plan with you.
After a period of more than 20 years of entrepreneurship, Gert Vandersmissen and Arnoud Oortwijk will now hand over the torch to Eric Van Bael, who will take on the role of CEO for both XPOfleet and Mobilitypower from this month. This hand over is in the best spirit and confirms our earlier promise to continue our independent course under local leadership.
